• The ratio between the worm and the worm wheel is 40:1
• Screw and wheel are hardened and ground
• The hardened and ground axis remains well maintained in a conical bearing.
• The dividing head can be set at an angle of -10 to +90°
• Each model has a threaded shaft and a 24-hole divider disk for quick indexing on numbers 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24
• Easy indexing of all numbers from 2 to 50 and many divisions from 52 to 380.
• The BS-1 is also equipped with differential indexing for all numbers from 2 to 380 and for spiral cutting
• Accurate and robust

Supplied as standard with:

• 3 dividing discs
• Height adjustable tailstock
• Fixed point
• With or without 3 jaw concentric chuck (see column diameter mandrel)
