Non destructive moisture indicator to detect moisture and water damage in wood and other building materials, but also to indicate pipes, electrical cables reinforcement at depths of approx 40 mm. Capacitive measurement method with a high frequency dielectric field. Gives a quick indication of the moisture in the material. The detector is easily moved above the surface and moisture values are read off. Supplied complete with 9 V battery.
