Characteristics:

• Automatic band saw, hydraulically controlled functions: lowering and raising of the saw bow are easily controlled from the control panel with push buttons, as well as opening and closing of the fixed machine clamp, as well as the movable machine clamp

• Working method CNC automatic control via PLC: it is possible to program different inputs. The program keeps track of the number of pieces to be sawn and the desired cutting lengths per input. The number of steps of the feed lengths is calculated automatically by the processor. It is possible to call up different cuts and to run a program of different cuts one after the other. Choice of 20 programs, each with 15 lines (length + quantity). In addition, provided with the following information display: status of the saw, current position of the moving machine clamp, workpiece / cut counter, selected length of the head cut.
• The movement of the material feed is ensured by a ballscrew, which is driven by an electric motor with encoder and frequency inverter, transmission by toothed belt. The position of the feed is detected using the rotary encoder. For maximum accurate feeding, the feeding moves to the set position by micro-motion. Material supply can operate nominal ABS as well as incremental REL.
• Material feeder equipped with an optical sensor, it notices whether material is present or not

• With BRP saw break/overload protection: BRP system is activated when the maximum pre-installed value of amps is exceeded by the motor. The saw bow stops the feed while the band saw continues to run, thus removing the excess chips in the cutting line. When the load on the band saw is reduced to a minimum, the normal sawing process starts
• With special sensor above the saw blade: when the piece is cut through, the sensor remains a few cm above the material, thus activating the limit switch of the top position, so that no time is lost with the return of the saw bracket too high. it is therefore no longer set, and the operator does not enter the danger zone

Safeties:

• The hood of the saw bracket is equipped with a micro switch, when opened the machine stops and when the electrical box is opened the machine also switches off. The saw guides are also shielded
